Do you accept insurance?
We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide a superbill you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Is therapy offered in-person or online?
All services are currently delivered via telehealth - so you can receive care from the comfort and convenience of your home.
What do I need for telehealth sessions?
You’ll need:
A stable Internet connection
A device with camera, audio and microphone
A quiet, private space
Pen and paper for taking notes during evaluation and treatment sessions
How long is each session?
Evaluations: 60-90 minutes
Therapy sessions: 45 minutes
Session frequency is determined collaboratively and can be adjusted as your needs change.
