Do you accept insurance?

We are a private-pay practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide a superbill you can submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Is therapy offered in-person or online?

All services are currently delivered via telehealth - so you can receive care from the comfort and convenience of your home.

What do I need for telehealth sessions?

You’ll need: 

  • A stable Internet connection 

  • A device with camera, audio and microphone

  • A quiet, private space

  • Pen and paper for taking notes during evaluation and treatment sessions

How long is each session?

  • Evaluations: 60-90 minutes 

  • Therapy sessions: 45 minutes

Session frequency is determined collaboratively and can be adjusted as your needs change.
